Yes it is only 10 weeks this coming Saturday until War on Cancer's first annual Yorkshire 3 peak sponsored challenge! - wow, we best get on with our training lol!
For those who are seriously wanting to take up this wonderful challenge, registration closes on March 31st - so please check out the event details tab to check how to register and pay your entry fee - here's what's included in your entry fee :-
Mountain leader for every 10 walkers
Support vehicle for those who cannot complete the walk/injured
Breakfast butty and hot drink prior the start
Soup and a sarnie on completion
Certificate for successful entrants
Kit list issued on registration
Many of us are staying over, I don't know whether the pub has any rooms left, however camping over the wall is FREE!! ( please stay - I'm sure I'll need hoisting to me feet the next morning hee hee )
I hope to enjoy a Post Peak Pint with you all, we can drink and be smug at completing a beautiful, tough, world famous walk - and even better we will have raised awareness and money for two worthy cancer charities.
